Picture Problems

About a year and a half ago, my friend Geoff sent me a picture of myself to use for Flickr. Why, I don't remember. Geoff is quite savvy and up to date when it comes to technology, and sometimes forgets that I am not. Anyway, all the templates have these nice pictures of their owners on them, and so I figured I would dig that one up and use it. Except I'm not sure how to get it where I want it, which is not in this particular post, as it is at the moment, but on the left-hand side where all the "about me" information is. And the blogger help doesn't make sense to me, because it keeps talking about cutting and pasting code, but I'm going to see if I can figure it out anyway.
